Guidelines for New Speakers
  • Meetings are held Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30PM in the Market Place Building, Town Center Sales Office, Unit #204, on the second floor above Rocks Restaurant, 33 Lone Peak Drive, Big Sky, MT 59716. 
  • Please feel free to participate in our Social (5:15-5:30) and Regular business meeting from 5:30-6:00 p.m.
  • Beginning at 6:00, you will have 20-25 minutes for your presentation.
  • Please keep your message at the appropriate level of detail for our members.
  • What is your goal:  Inform us?  Involve us?  Inspire us?  Call to action?
  • If you wish to present a video or Power Point, let us know so we can provide a large display screen for you to plug cords into your laptop; plan on setting this up by 5:30.
  • We end promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please include time for questions; members with additional questions can speak to you after the meeting ends.
  • If you seek Rotary Financial contributions for your cause, please ask for a Fund Request Application. Although we can't guarantee a request will be funded, opportunities must fit in Rotary’s key areas of focus: Promoting peace, Fighting disease, Providing clean water, Saving mothers and children, Supporting education, Sustainability and Growing local economies.
